Education and Financial Inclusion Executive

The Money Advice and Budgeting Service (MABS) is a national, free, confidential and independent service, providing advice and support to people in debt or in danger of getting into debt. MABS Support CLG is a separate entity dedicated to the provision of supports to the MABS staff nationwide providing specialist expertise in a range of areas including learning & professional development, money management education, and expert advice on case work, quality standards, social policy and research. MABS Support CLG is seeking to recruit a:

Education and Financial Inclusion Executive
Full Time (35 Hours per Week), Westend Commercial Village,
Blanchardstown, Dublin 15

MABS Support CLG has a vacancy for a permanent Full Time Education and Financial Inclusion Executive. The Education and Financial Inclusion Executive will be part of the Learning & Development team with primary responsibility for providing effective education and financial inclusion support for MABS staff and clients. • Permanent Post: This is a permanent position subject to completion of a six month probationary period.
• Full Time Salary Scale: €43,943 to €60,442 (including 2 long service increments), pro-rata for part time staff.
• Incremental Credit: MABS operates an incremental credit process for new entrants to the MABS Network, on request, which is based on the information provided by applicants on their application form. See candidate pack for more details.
• A panel may be formed of qualified candidates from which temporary and permanent, part-time and full time Education and Financial Inclusion Executive posts which arise within the next twelve months will be filled should vacancies arise in this period. Posts will be located in Dublin.

Please note that MABS has established a normal retirement age in line with the State Pension (currently 66).
