Over the Christmas and New Year seasons, MABS services opening hours will be slightly different than normal. These services include:

Our WhatsApp Service will close on Friday, 23 December 2022 and will re-open on Monday, 16 January 2023. Follow MABS on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for more information and updates on the reopening of the WhatsApp service and other services provided by MABS.
In the meantime, all our services will be available as usual until Friday, 23 December. Remember, the website is available 24/7 with a wide range of helpful information, tips, and tools to support you through the festive season and beyond. Already thinking of a new years resolution?
