Our phone lines are working and you can contact the MABS Helpline (0818 07 2000 Monday to Friday, 9am – 8pm) and MABS offices as normal. You may experience intermittent call-quality issues, and this is being worked on as a matter of priority.

We regret to inform you that MABS telephone lines starting with 0818 are currently experiencing technical difficulties. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We have set up a temporary alternative to ensure you can still reach us. If you need to speak with us, please email helpline@mabs.ie with your name and contact number, and we will call you back as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can call us at 01 520 0864. Please note that there may be a charge for this call.
